Each item from CherryBlossomCrafts is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and often bespoke nature of my work, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For ready‑made items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, so I can resolve this for you. As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur, making each item unique and not considered a fault. Ready‑made items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Bespoke or made‑to‑order pieces may take a little longer depending on the design.

Timescales will always be discussed and agreed before work begins. Shipping is currently available across the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Orders are sent using a reliable postal service, and confirmation will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary, but most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. If you are located overseas, please get in touch before ordering so that shipping costs can be calculated and added where possible.
